Job Purpose

The P2P Asia Pacific (APAC) Service Delivery Lead supports the delivery and stability of Procure to Pay (P2P) services across APAC markets. The role is focused on operational execution, service performance monitoring, coordination, and issue resolution support, working under the guidance of the APAC OPL and Global P2P leaders.

Operating within a SOX‑controlled environment, the role contributes to achieving service level, quality, and efficiency targets by providing insights, supporting governance routines, and assisting with continuous improvement activities. This position is designed to build foundational regional service delivery capability and exposure to APAC market complexity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day to day delivery of P2P services across APAC markets in line with global processes and service standards.

  • Act as the first point of contact and initial escalation for APAC P2P service delivery issues, coordinating investigation and resolution activities.

  • Monitor service delivery KPIs and SLAs, identifying issues, risks, and emerging trends.

  • Triage operational escalations, perform preliminary root‑cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions with BPO partners and internal teams.

  • Escalate material risks, control breaches, or persistent service issues to senior Service Delivery Leads or P2P leadership as appropriate.

  • Prepare operational performance reports, dashboards, and inputs for service review and governance meetings.

  • Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Tax, and IT stakeholders to support effective service execution.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

  • Support system‑related activities such as testing, data validation, and deployment support for enhancements or automation.

  • Assist with maintaining standardized processes, documentation, and controls across APAC markets.

  • Support compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies.

Basic Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Education

  • Progress toward a professional finance qualification (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)

Basic Experience

  • Solid experience in Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, or related finance operations.

  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems within a P2P/Finance environment.

  • Experience working in a large or mid‑size organization.

  • Exposure to service delivery, operational reporting, or performance management.

  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Experience

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in Procure to Pay, Finance Operations, or Shared Services.

  • Exposure to APAC markets, including awareness of regional operational, regulatory, and cultural differences.

  • Experience working with or supporting outsourced / BPO service providers.

  • Basic understanding of internal controls, SOX requirements, and operational risk.

  • Exposure to service delivery environments with issue management and escalation processes.

  • Knowledge of additional APAC regional languages (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Bahasa, Hindi or similar) is a plus.

  • Interest in developing toward more senior service delivery or operational leadership roles.
