About the role

Haleon Sales Executive -Independent Pharmacies is responsible for driving sales growth for consumer healthcare brands like Sensodyne, Panadol, Polident, Centrum, Caltrate, Eno, Scotts, Voltaren, Drapolene & Zentel within a specific territory, ensuring product availability and in-store visibility. Key duties include achieving sales targets, managing distributor/retailer relationships, improving retail coverage, and executing trade promotions

Role Responsibilities:

  • To plan and achieve quarterly and annual target for the assigned area within the trade spend guidelines.

  • Develop good working and business relationship with outlets, negotiate for sales, promotion as well as merchandising improvement.

  • Establish desirable distribution and sell out for all products in consistent with marketing policy in trade.

  • Execute instore/ trade executions & promotion with guideline given.

  • Continuously providing best services to our customer to ensure quality customer service.

  • Maximize sales, maintain healthy inventory and ensure stocks hygiene.

  • Working together with third party merchandiser to ensure product visibility and promotion compliance.

  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • A degree holder/ SPM

  • With sales experience specifically within FMCG/ pharmaceutical or a similar heavy regulated industry

  • Strong professional communication skills and good command of verbal and non-verbal English.

  • Good presentation and analytical skills.

  • We are looking for people who appreciate the importance of #patientfocus and strive to continuously improve our performance and practices.  

Location – this role is based in: Ulu Kelang/Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
