About the Role
Sustainability Digital and Technology (D&T) support the Sustainability business team in delivering Haleon’s Health Inclusivity and Sustainability strategy, working to bring technology enabled workflows to Haleon’s reporting transparency for our shareholders, regulatory compliance, and assurance commitments.
Reporting to the Head of Sustainability Technology, the D&T Sustainability Analyst will support the Sustainability business function by managing, reviewing and running QA validation. Responsible for maintaining data connectivity across systems, the role will ensure accurate, timely, and audit‑ready sustainability reporting to meet Haleon’s internal performance management and external disclosure requirements.
Role Responsibilities
Support the collection, management, and validation of sustainability data across multiple source systems, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
Run regular data quality checks, reconciliations, and QA validation activities to support audit‑ready and regulator‑compliant sustainability reporting.
Maintain and monitor data connectivity and data flows between sustainability systems, reporting tools, and upstream source platforms.
Analyse sustainability performance data to support internal performance tracking and external disclosures, including shareholder and regulatory reporting.
Support the production of sustainability reports, metrics, and evidence packs in line with agreed reporting timelines and governance requirements.
Document data processes, controls, and assumptions to support transparency, assurance, and repeatable reporting outcomes.
Work closely with Sustainability, Finance, and Digital & Technology teams to resolve data issues, implement improvements, and support ongoing reporting enhancements.
Why You ?
Basic Qualifications:
Experience working with sustainability, or non‑financial performance data, including data extraction, validation, and reconciliation across multiple systems.
Demonstrated capability running data quality checks, QA validation, and control processes to support accurate and assurance‑ready reporting.
Hands‑on experience maintaining data flows, interfaces, or integrations between source systems and reporting or analytics tools.
Experience supporting internal performance reporting or external disclosures through the preparation, review, and documentation of sustainability metrics and datasets.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with sustainability or non‑financial data within Microsoft‑based technology environments, including data extraction and validation from source systems into platforms such as Microsoft Sustainability Manager, Azure data services, or Power Platform tools.
Demonstrated capability using data quality controls, reconciliations, and QA processes within Microsoft technologies, such as Azure Data Factory, Dataverse, or Power BI datasets.
Hands‑on experience supporting data integrations or interfaces using Microsoft technologies, including maintaining data pipelines and connections between upstream systems and reporting platforms.
Experience operating within a Microsoft reporting and analytics environment, including managing structured datasets, metadata, and documentation to support audit‑ready sustainability reporting.
