Join us, the future is ours to shape!In this role, you’ll support the tender business by ensuring timely and accurate submission of tender documents, maintaining tender databases, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and competitiveness in the tendering process.
Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Coordinate and prepare tender submissions in accordance with Sandoz policies and local regulations.
Maintain and update tender documentation, including pricing, product specifications, and legal documents.
Liaise with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, etc.) to gather required information for tender submissions.
Monitor tender announcements and ensure timely response to opportunities.
Maintain a comprehensive database of tender activities, outcomes, and competitor information.
Support post-tender activities including contract management and performance tracking.
Ensure compliance with all internal and external audit requirements.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in tender management or a related function within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in English (spoken and written), with confidence in engaging cross-functional teams, regional stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Desirable Requirements:
Prior experience in drug inventory management or drug purchasing within a hospital setting would be advantageous
