The Commercial Site Partner is responsible for acting as the Digital & Tech point of contact for Haleon’s Commercial Site in Türkiye, ensuring that the team have stable, effective, and well‑supported technology solutions to perform their roles.
The position focuses on technology enablement, issue resolution, demand coordination, and solution implementation. The role ensures that commercial technology tools function as expected, incidents are managed effectively, and local requests are executed in alignment with Digital & Tech standards.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Enablement & Support
Act as the primary Digital & Tech contact for the Site in İstanbul (Türkiye).
Support the team by addressing technology needs, requirements, and issues related to digital tools and platforms.
Ensure continuity, stability, and proper usage of commercial technology solutions.
Support conference roomsand shared spaces.
Support local technology processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
Support routine checks on critical equipment on site
Maintain local asset inventory in line with Haleon policy and support the full asset lifecycle.
Support planned changes or roll-outs (upgrades, migrations, new tools) including co-ordination, communication, and floor walking support.
Support the migration of local apps to strategic global platforms where possible.
Requirements & Demand Management
Collect, document, and manage technology requirements and requests from the team.
Coordinate the intake, prioritization, and resolution of requests with Digital & Tech regional/global teams.
Represent the site on incident management calls as required.
Have overall management oversight of service level agreements and incident resolution for the site. Track progress and ensure timely resolution of incidents, enhancements, and minor projects.
Identify recurring issues and work with relevant teams to implement permanent fixes and improvements.
Solution Deployment & Adoption, Training, Awareness & User Empowerment
Support the local deployment and rollout of Digital & Tech initiatives impacting the organization.
Coordinate testing, user support, and post‑implementation stabilization.
Promote correct usage and adoption of tools through enablement and guidance.
Provide practical training sessions on Digital & Tech capabilities, policies and initiatives.
Stakeholder Coordination & Partner Engagement
Build strong working relationships with the local Commercial leadership teams, functional heads and end users, to understand needs and priorities.
Act as a local champion for Digital & Tech initiatives and change.
Work closely with the team on operational technology topics.
Act as a liaison between the Commercial Site and Digital & Tech MEA/Global teams.
Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners when required.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure that all solutions and requests comply with Digital & Tech standards, security, data privacy, and governance requirements.
Escalate risks, incidents, or systemic issues as needed.
Support documentation, reporting, and basic performance tracking of commercial technology services.
Act as the on-site contact for cyber security related queries and minor incidents, working closely with the central Cyber team.
Ensure endpoint security measures are correctly applied on site and on any local applications.
Support the correct application of user access management protocols at site.
Help to detect and escalate suspected security incidents following Haleon playbooks.
Promote Haleon secure working practises at site
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, Business, or related fields.
3-5 years of proven experience in IT support, desktop support or digital workplace roles.
Solid hands on experience with: Microsoft productivity tools, Collaboration & Video Conferencing platforms.
Solid hands on experience with commercial digital tools (e.g., CRM, sales tools, reporting platforms) is highly desirable.
Experience working with ITSM and Service Now
Awareness of basic Cyber Security principles and practises.
Experience working in multinational, matrix organizations.
Strong ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
