Job Description:

工作职责：

1.     处理各类销售合同，包括文件准备、盖章、归档及快递寄送等工作。

2.     核对并建立 Apex 付款账号相关材料。

3.     负责讲者劳务费 CR 单申请及极速报系统数据维护。

4.     协助处理部分数据类工作，包括考核数据清理和抽查等。

职位要求：

1.     本科及以上学历，行政管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。

2.     有运营/行政相关实习经验者优先。

3.     具备良好的沟通能力、细节处理能力、耐心负责。

4.     每周至少工作 3 天，实习期不少于 6 个月。
