You will join Business Finance Production Europe, part of a globally expanding Business Finance Operations organization supporting 11 production sites across Europe. The Role & Your Impact 

As Finance Business Partner, Production Europe – you will play a key operational and advisory role, partnering closely with site leadership to ensure strong financial governance and insight. You will be the trusted finance partner for two manufacturing sites, supporting both daytoday decisions and longerterm planning. 

 

Your key responsibilities include: 

  • Partner with assigned plant teams to provide actionable financial insights 

  • Drive and support financial reporting and variance analysis, analyzing production performance, cost drivers, and operational KPIs 

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes, business case evaluations, and other initiatives 

  • Contribute to process improvements and cross-site standardization initiatives  

 

What You’ll Need to Be Successful 

To succeed in this role, you bring a solid finance foundation combined with strong stakeholder skills: 

  • A relevant degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics (e.g. Bachelor, Cand.merc., HD, or similar) 

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience from a finance or accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing environment 

  • You are comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a remote setup, while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with your team 

  • Strong analytical capabilities and high attention to detail 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and challenge constructively 

  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting, and proficiency in PowerPoint to translate data into clear, actionable business insights for stakeholders 

  • SAP, AI, Power BI experience are an advantage  

  • Proficiency in both Danish and English 

 

Additional Skills & Interests We Value 

While not required, it is considered an advantage if you have experience working closely with production or operational leadership, enjoy working with process improvements and continuous optimization, and are a self‑starter who can identify, initiate, and drive tasks independently while bringing curiosity and a proactive mindset toward understanding the business context behind the numbers.

Ways of Working 

This is a hybrid role where you should expect onsite presence at Fuglebakken and Bagsværd approximately 1–2 days per week per site, regular presence at the headquarters in Lyngby around once a week, and flexibility to work from home as agreed with the team and your manager.
