About the Role:

Neurocrine is building a new and evolving Technology & Enablement (TEA) function and is seeking an Enablement Lead.

The Enablement Lead owns and drives adoption of enterprise-wide training programs, with an emphasis on AI-powered solutions across the organization. This role leads identification, prioritization, and execution of high-impact use cases, enabling teams to integrate emerging technologies and AI into their workflows to deliver measurable business outcomes. The Enablement Lead acts as the strategic bridge between business needs and technology capabilities, independently shaping solutions and driving measurable outcomes.

The Enablement Lead leads the design and implementation of intelligent workflows that integrate the full capabilities of enterprise technologies, AI and Automation. The role partners closely with AI Champions, IT Business Partners, HR Change Management, TEA Training Lead, and other functions.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and develop AI, automation, or digital technology use cases, managing multiple projects, initiatives, and use cases at any one time

  • Develop and own enablement strategies that drive adoption of AI and digital tools across functions

  • Define and establish best practices for AI adoption and serve as a recognized go-to subject matter expert for functional and enterprise technologies from an end-user perspective

  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, value-driven solutions and roadmaps

  • Lead development and execution of communication and engagement strategies to promote adoption

  • Lead enterprise workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to drive decision-making and execution

  • Drive alignment across Training, Business, AI Champions, and IT teams to ensure cohesive, scalable rollout and sustained adoption

  • Monitor adoption metrics, engagement signals, and user feedback to refine strategies

  • Maintain documentation of use cases, best practices, and success stories

  • Champion and influence responsible, effective, and innovative use of enterprise tools across the organization

  • Support TEA activities such as gamification, trainings, functional deep dives, and office hours

  • Serve as IT communication lead, managing IT communication emails and related workflows to the organization

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 6+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, training, or certifications (10+ years)

  • 10+ years of experience in enablement, program management, communications, or related roles

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across levels

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end

  • Demonstrated ability to independently evaluate complex issues and make decisions within general parameters while maintaining communication with stakeholders

  • Proven experience in translating user requirements into value-driven outcomes

  • Experience building communication programs using tools such as Poppulo or similar

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (clear, concise, audience-specific messaging)

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities

  • Experience leveraging generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini or similar

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across functions and levels

  • Experience driving organizational change and adoption at scale

  • Ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting technology rollouts in Life Sciences, Biotech, or Pharma

  • Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP awareness)

  • Passionate about AI literacy and empowering the workforce with AI

Preferred Tools / Technologies

  • Advanced in Microsoft productivity suite: Outlook, Teams, PPT, Excel, Viva Engage

  • Generative AI working experience: ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $132,700.00-$182,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
