As a Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Governance and Performance Senior Manager you will ensure IBP operates as a consistent, performance-driven and well-governed enterprise process by owning KPI frameworks, monitoring performance, and enforcing governance and decision discipline.

Your responsibilities will include

Define and maintain the IBP KPI framework across the enterprise
Track performance across service, inventory, forecast and financial metrics
Provide consolidated performance visibility across platforms and regions
Identify systemic risks, gaps and performance trends
Ensure adherence to IBP governance, standards and playbook
Maintain enterprise decision log and track decision follow-up
Monitor quality and effectiveness of IBP forums and processes
Drive transparency and accountability in IBP execution

What you need to bring to the role:

8–12+ years in performance management, supply chain, finance or analytics
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience with KPI design and performance tracking
Understanding of finance, supply chain or commercial planning processes
High attention to detail with strong ability to see enterprise patterns
Ability to challenge and influence across functions and regions

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
