As Head of Supply Chain for Iberia, you will provide leadership to the Iberia organization in Supply Chain and Logistics function, organizing, implementing and controlling the information and materials flow regarding the sub processes of S&BP, Demand planning, direct purchasing, CTC, Inventory management, Order processing, Reverse logistics, Customer Service, and Product Life cycle, delivering improved performance through innovation, business re-engineering and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Contribute to strategic decision-making (IBE, TGT, and LF), ensuring timely availability of Supply Chain and Customer Service resources to successfully deliver agreed plans.
Manage and control functional expenses, ensuring full alignment with approved financial targets (TGT and LF).
Define, implement, and monitor Customer Service KPIs, driving corrective actions to support sustainable growth and customer loyalty.
Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehousing, Distribution, and Product Life Cycle, in line with company standards.
Optimize end-to-end information and material flows (customer to supplier) by monitoring KPIs to achieve the highest service level at minimum cost and maximum operational efficiency.
Lead the Supply Review within the S&BP cycle, integrating cross-functional inputs, analyzing KPIs, identifying demand–supply gaps, assessing 3–24 month supply risks, defining mitigation actions, and preparing the executive one-page summary for the MBR.
Actively participate in the MBR, ensuring deviations from plan are analyzed and mitigated, consensus is reached on the optimal forecast for plant prioritization, and product life cycle constraints are appropriately managed and escalated.
Own the preparation, maintenance, and accuracy of the product forecast (excluding Hospital, Bio, and launch products), ensuring robust 3-year projections within defined KPI targets.
Coordinate supply planning, inventory flows, storage, and distribution, ensuring optimal Customer Service at the lowest possible total cost, while meeting all GMP/GDP requirements.
Drive operational excellence and team development, coordinating Business Continuity Planning (BCP), supporting launch strategies and first-to-market execution, collaborating cross-functionally, delivering timely reporting, and developing talent in line with the company’s vision and strategy.
What you need to bring to the role:
Bachelor of Pharmacy, Science or Commerce
Logistics and computer studies will be valued
+8 years experience in logistics and supply chain functions
Team leadership experience
Experience in Pharmaceutical or Food & Beverages industry is desired
Fluent Spanish and English is mandatory, Portuguese will also be valued.

Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
