Are you looking for a Digital Influencer business development role that allows you to elevate enterprise level strategy and build sustainable influencer asset portfolios? If so, this KOL BD Mgt role could be an excellent opportunity to consider.

As a KOL BD Mgt member, you will oversee cross-category influencer strategy and KOL portfolio management. Reporting directly to the social & digital commerce leader, you will partner closely with procurement and cross-functional business teams to drive efficient growth of category KOL business.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key initiatives to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include the following:

Monitor the influencer marketing ecosystem such as Douyin, and other mainstream platforms, benchmark competitor’s KOL portfolio strategies, and craft the company’s short-term and long-term category-level KOL development roadmap. Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders, compare internal KOL operation mechanisms with industry peers, mobilize cross-functional teams to implement strategic adjustments, capability building and resource allocation plans. Identify high-value KOL cooperation opportunities for different product categories, deliver tailored strategic solutions to category verticals, and summarize replicable best practices for cross-business deployment. Empower and coach business teams on KOL marketing logic, develop differentiated KOL cooperation programs aligned with corporate top-level strategic priorities. Routinely communicate KOL portfolio performance with cross-functional marketers, diagnose existing problems and deliver targeted strategic support.

Why You

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Public Relations or related majors. 2+ years of professional experience in influencer strategy, KOL portfolio management or marketing consulting projects. Solid experience in cross-category resource integration and end-to-end commercial negotiation with premium/mid-tier influencers. Proven project management capabilities in commercial marketing scenarios, capable of coordinating multi-department resources to deliver strategic targets.

Preferred Qualifications

Deep understanding of multi-category influencer portfolio logic and mainstream platform ecosystem; FMCG, beauty and health & wellness industry experience is preferred. Strong stakeholder influencing ability with zero-authority influence experience across cross-functional teams. Exceptional verbal and written English & Chinese communication skills, capable of compiling professional strategic reports and SOP documents.
