The Digital & Technology function plays a critical role as a strategic partner to the business, turning insights into impact and ideas into innovation. Role Overview

The Head of LATAM D&T is responsible for leading the delivery and execution of digital and technology capabilities that support Haleon’s commercial and operational priorities across the LATAM region.

This role acts as a senior regional technology partner to LATAM commercial and functional leaders. The focus is on translating business priorities into effective, scalable digital solutions, ensuring strong adoption, operational stability, and measurable business impact across diverse markets.

The role requires a strong understanding of the LATAM consumer and commercial landscape, combined with hands‑on leadership experience across sales, marketing, eCommerce, and digital platforms, alongside operational technologies including infrastructure and cyber security. The Director will work closely with global product and platform teams to ensure regional needs are met while aligning to global standards and roadmaps.

This role demands clear communication, delivery credibility, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology in a complex, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & delivery

  • Translate LATAM commercial and functional priorities into clear digital and technology delivery plans aligned to global strategies and platforms.

  • Partner closely with LATAM Marketing, Sales, Customer, and Corporate teams to define, prioritise, and deliver digital solutions that drive business value.

  • Lead the regional implementation and adoption of global digital products and platforms, managing localisations where required.

  • Oversee the introduction of new technologies to ensure minimal disruption to operations and strong value realisation.

  • Share regional insights, constraints, and learnings with global technology peers to inform ongoing platform evolution.

Stakeholder & Matrix Leadership

  • Act as the primary day‑to‑day technology leader for assigned commercial and functional domains within LATAM.

  • Manage trade‑offs between regional demand, delivery capacity, and global roadmaps.

  • Represent LATAM technology requirements in global forums spanning Data & AI, Enterprise Platforms, Architecture, Engineering, Innovation (R&D), and Supply Chain.

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop a regional team of technology and delivery professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering accountability and engagement.

  • Build capability across delivery, product thinking, and modern ways of working aligned to Haleon standards.

Governance, risk and compliance

  • Ensure solutions are delivered secure‑by‑design, in partnership with the CISO organisation.

  • Apply and operationalise global IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks across LATAM.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory, data privacy, and security requirements, proactively managing technology‑related risks.

Operations & Financial Management

  • Oversee operational performance of regional digital and technology services, working with global teams to resolve issues.

  • Manage budget for owned initiatives and support demand prioritisation, business case development, and benefits tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

Basic Qualifications:

·6–8+ years’ experience in digital or technology leadership roles, with a strong focus on delivery and execution.

·Proven experience delivering commercial‑facing digital capabilities across sales, marketing, eCommerce, or digital experience platforms.

·Strong understanding of the LATAM market context, including operating across multiple countries and regulatory environments.

·Experience working in a matrixed, global organisation, partnering with central product and platform teams.

·Experience managing technology operations, vendors, and/or internal delivery teams.

·Solid financial acumen, including budget ownership and business case support.

·Experience in CPG, retail, or consumer‑led environments.

·Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and communicating complex technology topics clearly.

·Execution‑focused, pragmatic, and outcomes‑driven.

·Builds trust through delivery credibility and clear prioritisation.

·Role‑models collaboration across business and technology teams.
