Join us as Business Finance Excellence Manager who will sit at the intersection of Business Finance team, IT Team, and Leadership team tasked with evolving our Financial planning, controlling, and reporting processes into a best-in-class digital ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in moving the global business Finance team from "data gathering" to "AI-powered storytelling."

Welcome to Business Finance India team based out of Bangalore supporting the Business Finance team globally. The Business Finance India team is part of the global Corporate Shared Services (CSS) team.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Co-creating and executing the Business Finance Analytics roadmap for the Global Business Finance team by closely aligning with key stakeholders in a matrix organizational set up
• Drive end‑to‑end digitization initiatives across Financial Planning, Controlling & Reporting verticals. Example : Implement Anaplan / SAC tools in line with organizational planning and steering processes
• Maximizing the value of SAP S/4HANA ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow and integration between the ERP and front-end BI/AI tools
• Demonstrating strong executional capabilities while acting as a primary liaison between leadership, IT, and Global Business finance controllership teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and drive measurable business value
• Working closely with FP&A and Business Partnering teams to understand core processes, pain points and opportunities to strengthen the processes
• Leading and mentoring a small high-performing team consisting both FP&A operations and project delivery
• Inspiring the Business Finance community with Tech mindset and developing a keen eye on future Ai use cases

To succeed:

• You hold an academic degree (bachelors or masters) / Certifications that both provides you foundation of understanding finance function, project management and Tech implementation competencies

• You should possess strong attention to detail while maintaining the overview and have a sense of urgency and flexibility

• You have experience managing small teams, driving performance and delivering on stakeholder expectations

• Practical experience on financial management reporting and annual budgeting preferred

• Should be able to work independently and is responsible and able to deliver accurately and timely

• You possess strong communication skills and are a good team player

• You are positive, embracing change and being innovative in finding new perspectives. With many contacts in the position, it is important you build sustainable relationships, engage others and communicate with impact

• You approach challenges in a structured and analytical way – you can work detailed but still communicate the holistic picture clearly
