As a Senior Communications Manager you will provide communications support, either globally for a business or communications area or for a geography.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Communicate clear Communication strategy and ensure that it is reflected in the part of the organization, in order to protect and enhance Sandoz business and reputation.
• Manage the establishment, development and coordination of communication plans in line with strategic goals.
• Manage day-to-day strategic and operational business matters.
• Manage the implementation of Communication policies and processes to ensure consistency of Sandoz brand position.
• Lead, coach and/or mentor a team of Communication associates.
• Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
   

Key performance indicators:

• Quality and timeliness of development of integrated communication plans and programs -Management and implementation of communication plans, campaigns and projects against business objectives and priorities.
• Maturity of business relationship(s), incl. at senior levels of the organization -Feedback from internal and external stakeholders.

Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
