You will join the Corporate EHS Reporting & Systems team within the Corporate Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) department. Our team drives global EHS and ESG data processes, reporting structures, and digitalization initiatives. We work to increase data quality, enhance transparency, and accelerate decision making through system improvements and automation.

The team delivers environmental and safety reporting, manages digital EHS systems, and ensures the integrity of EHS and ESG data used across the company. We work closely together—sharing knowledge, challenging each other constructively, and collaborating across geographies to continuously improve our digital reporting landscape.


This position gives you the opportunity to contribute to a major digital transformation while working in an international environment. You will collaborate with experts across EHS, Sustainability, IT, and Corporate Finance to help shape robust, future ready reporting processes.


In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

  • Maintaining and developing EHS reporting procedures while ensuring alignment with stakeholders and evolving requirements
  • Supporting ESG Reporting & Assurance, including CSRD-driven updates and ensuring high quality EHS data across the organization
  • Acting as a point of contact for reporting sites by providing training, support, and guidance for quarterly ESG reporting
  • Driving the review, validation, and consolidation of quarterly ESG data, including generating environmental data reports with variance explanations for top management review
  • Coordinating ESG data audits and supporting sustainability initiatives such as CDP and other sustainability rankings through documentation and data preparation
  • Driving annual review of reporting scope and year-end data collection, while contributing to system testing, new functionalities, and Intelex reporting system updates and training materials


What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • A relevant degree combined with 2–5 years of experience in ESG and/or CO₂e data reporting, preferably within a corporate or industrial setting
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data/reporting tools such as Intelex or SAP
  • Knowledge of CSRD, environmental reporting, and CO₂e methodologies, with experience in data validation and governance processes
  • Experience working with digital reporting systems and supporting structured data processes
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English

Ways of Working / Working Conditions:

The primary work location will be Lyngby, with potential other locations according to workload. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining time in the office with flexible remote work. The work schedule follows standard business hours. No travel requirements.
