Ready to shape how a global organisation recognises and rewards talent?
Based in Paris, this is an exciting opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Manager with proven expertise in job evaluation and grading methodologies to influence global reward frameworks, partner with senior stakeholders, and help drive fair, consistent, and strategic reward decisions across Ipsen.
Main Responsibilities
Own and govern global job evaluation and grading methodology, ensuring consistency, transparency, and internal equity
Lead and validate job evaluations across new roles, reorganisations, and global frameworks
Act as escalation point for complex and senior-level evaluations
Develop and maintain governance frameworks, guidelines, and communication materials
Partner with HR and business leaders across a scope of countries on compensation strategy, pay positioning, and reward decisions
Support annual compensation cycles (salary reviews, bonuses, promotions) within defined scope
Provide analytical and advisory support on executive compensation and reward governance
Contribute to Total Rewards projects and global initiatives
Technical Competencies
Deep expertise in job evaluation and grading methodologies
Strong stakeholder partnering and advisory capability
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to translate complex reward concepts into clear messaging
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
Ability to work autonomously in a global environment
