Job title - PV Assistant

Location - Must be within a commutable distance to Gatwick (1-2 days office presence required)

Fully sponsor dedicated

Working fully embedded within a growing program, you will be responsible for
the handling of product returns, logging credit requests (financial reimbursement for replacement products) where appropriate and the entry of Product Quality information into Complaints Database, where required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Duplicate search to locate initial TC report

  • Adding any additional information into case e.g. reporter full address

  • Adding description of what products have been returned into case and coding batch number.  

  • Identifying any reported Safety information and passing this onto Safety Team.

  • Labelling the returned products with Case Number

  • Weekly preparing a shipment of all returned products to send to HQ – arranging Courier

  • Keeping a log of all requests for financial reimbursement from pharmacies.

  • Printing and sending results of investigation to customers.

  • Investigating and responding to any customer enquiries related to replacement / credit.  For example, if pharmacist has not received credit it must be checked that returned product was received and credit was raised.

  • Ad-hoc tasks e.g. Filing/Archiving, printing of letters.

  • Filing and Archiving

  • Complying with the clients SOPs

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.

  • Prior experience in a PV or Product Quality type role

  • Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Ability to commute to the office 1-2 times a week
