Artwork Coordination Lead
We are seeking an experienced Artwork Coordination Lead to act as the central link between Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, CMOs, and external partners. The role is responsible for managing high-volume artwork changes to support product launches and lifecycle updates in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end artwork workflows from brief to approval and release
Lead and support Graphic Artwork Specialist(s)
Coordinate cross-functional timelines and resolve bottlenecks
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines
Perform detailed quality checks and oversee print-ready files
Manage version control and approvals in Veeva Vault
Ensure suppliers use the latest approved artwork
Additional focus areas:
Artwork creation
CMO dieline provision
Technical approval and print proof coordination
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 6 years’ experience in artwork coordination or project management in a pharmaceutical/regulated environment
Strong knowledge of artwork workflows, approval processes, and CMO collaboration
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and related design tools
Experience with text comparison tools (e.g. GlobalVision, Verify)
Strong attention to detail and a “right-first-time” mindset
Excellent communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally
Fluent in English
