You will help position Regulatory Affairs as a proactive, value-adding function while defining pathways that empower innovation and effectively manage risk.
The Role & Your Impact
As part of the Americas Regulatory team, you will support the HHB business by driving regulatory compliance and enabling growth through strong partnership with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
Act as a strategic partner to North America Sales and provide regulatory insights for key customers
Lead regulatory submission projects (e.g., GRAS, NDI, NHPD)
Serve as the subject matter expert for U.S. and Canadian regulations
Provide regulatory guidance to Sales, Business Support, and QA, particularly for strategic accounts
Monitor regulatory changes and communicate risks and business impacts
Engage with regulatory authorities, industry groups, and trade associations
Drive continuous improvement of regulatory processes and ways of working
Support new product development (NPD) activities relevant to the Americas
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Natural Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the Food or Drug industry, 7 years preferred
Proven experience owning U.S. or North American regulatory deliverables for B2B and/or B2C
Strong knowledge of North American food regulations, including Canadian regulations
Understanding of global food regulatory frameworks
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Compensation & Benefits
Expected salary range: $110,000 - $130,000
401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution
Minimum of 3 weeks of vacation plus 12 holidays and 2 weeks of Wellness Time
