In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing the MRO category strategy for the newly consolidated Novonesis. You will work closely with the Global Category Lead and stakeholders across the organization, contributing to projects that drive savings, contract coverage, digitalization, and sustainability.

Your responsibilities :
- Support and lead sourcing activities, combining hands-on operational tasks, e.g. contract follow-up and supplier performance supporting the Maintenance Excellence Program with strategic input to shape and execute the MRO category strategy
- Drive procurement excellence by executing category initiatives focused on savings, contract coverage, digitalization, sustainability, and continuous improvement
- Negotiate supplier contracts and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Total Cost of Ownership, sustainability, and business outcomes
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and realization of sourcing benefits
- Implement new processes and contracts, lead change management activities, and monitor performance through reporting and supplier reviews to secure lasting impact
What you will need to be successful:
- Hold a relevant master’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain, economics, or a related field within MRO procurement
- Work professionally in both written and spoken English in a global organization
- Have well-developed interpersonal skills and experience with stakeholder management across functions and cultures
- Experience working with quantitative data to generate ideas, develop business cases, and validate opportunities
- Display a structured and proactive approach with the ability to take initiative
- Communicate clearly and concisely, and feel comfortable facilitating meetings, making recommendations, and presenting to senior management

Ways of Working:
- Primary location is Hørsholm with close interaction with stakeholders across Denmark and USA - globally
- We offer a hybrid working model supporting a strong work-life balance. Limited travel activity is expected
- You will report to the Head of Global Indirect Procurement
