About this role
The Role:
Lead and develop a global project management organization overseeing internal programs and CDMO partnerships from early development through commercial supply
Define and execute global supply chain and logistics strategies to ensure a cost-efficient and reliable flow of goods across CDMO networks
Manage strategic partnerships, including key accounts and contracts with regional and global third-party providers
Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership to align supply chain, logistics, and project strategies with overall business objectives
Coordinate global and local development and lifecycle management activities to ensure seamless integration with development and manufacturing programs
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business); MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of supply chain experience, including leadership and oversight of technical teams (cGMP/GDP environment)
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry best practices
Experience negotiating commercial contracts
Proven track record leading local and global projects and programs
