Overview Job Summary (Primary function) The primary responsibility is to represent Incyte, its compounds, products and services within the specified territory to opinion leaders, prescribers and medical personnel in order to achieve both personal and team goals as well as the company's business objectives within the framework of regulatory requirements and company policy. Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities) Collaborate effectively with all team members in marketing and medical departments. Analyze your territory to maximize success and reach both individual and nationwide targets. Engage in continuous personal and professional development or training. Independently plan all activities in the territory, document and report daily, weekly, and monthly activities. Observe the market development and communicate your assessment for the further development of the product strategy in the context of best practice sharing. Build a network with key stakeholders and decision makers in your area and negotiate purchasing conditions with hospital pharmacies in compliance with regulations and legal requirements and within the company guidelines. Implement the current national marketing strategy. Responsible for organizing, planning, and implementing regional and national educational events with healthcare professionals. Use all digital channels and assist in the consistent further development of all multichannel activities. Serve healthcare professionals and medical staff at university clinics, hospitals, and with healthcare providers in private practice in your assigned territory. Present INCYTE products to the aforementioned target audience in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency) Proficient in German and have a strong understanding of scientific articles in English. You have the ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor. A strong team player with a continuous drive for improvement and innovation. Possess a high level of competence in all multichannel formats. Have a structured way of working and analytical thinking. You work strategically and conceptually. Have a high willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. Exhibit self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks. Experience in presentation and facilitation skills. Experience in pharmaceutical field sales, particularly with highly explanatory preparations in the field of oncology/hematology, is preferred. Candidates with diverse backgrounds and varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply. University degree (completed, scientific studies) or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field.
