Our clinical operations activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Contract Specialist to join our Study-Start-Up team in Tokyo. The Site Contract Specialist will play a key role in the clincial trial management process and advancing the start-up of our projects. Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between the Sponsor, investigative sites and Medpace;
- Negotiate contracts and budgets with investigative sites; and
- Collaborate with internal project team to ensure negotiations occur within timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of clinical research experience or Juris Doctorate/Advanced degree within the field of law;
- Knowledge of clinical trials, preparation and maintenance of contracts and budgets;
- Prior contract negotiation experience preferred;
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Native level Japanese (JLPT N1) is standard, a minimum English TOEIC score of 500 or equivalent
