Overview SUMMARY The Intern will be part of the Quality Assurance group (QA), Quality Systems improvement Team responsible for the Quality oversight of the company Pharmaceutical Quality System (PQS) across all GxP areas. Incyte Quality has built in-house data analytics capabilities with the objective to automate processes and enhance Quality decisions, levering data from multiple electronic systems. In order to strengthen the data analytics capabilities, Incyte is looking for an intern whose mission will be to support the Quality Assurance team in enhancing the Quality and consistency of the source data Duties And Responsibilities Support comprehensive gap analysis of data quality across key Quality Management processes, including at a minimum Supplier, Deviation, Change Control, and CAPA management to assess the current level of data quality and harmonization. Identify data elements and metadata where alignment, consistency, or definition is insufficient across sites, systems, or workflows, and assess the associated business and compliance risks. Benchmark against internal best practices and industry standards to determine the expected level of data robustness, completeness, and documentation quality. Propose a data remediation strategy, including recommended best practices for documenting, maintaining, and governing critical quality data elements. Correct data quality gaps Draft or update applicable documents, such as work instructions, and job aids supporting harmonized documentation practices. Collaborate with crossfunctional Quality teams to validate findings, refine recommendations, and ensure operational feasibility. ‑functional stakeholders ( Prepare and issue a final report and presentation summarizing insights, identified gaps, remediation measures, and recommendations for leadership.‑driven report and presentation Requirements Student in Bachelor or Master Degree: Digital / Computer sciences / Analytics / information system / Engineering / AI or equivalent Skills in Data analytics is a must Knowledge in Risk management and Compliance is a plus full time six month internship Good Organizational and communication skills, diplomacy, and commitment, Demonstrate ability to write technical documents English fluency written and B2 spoken (the company language), French is an asset.
