As the North America Financial Controlling Senior Manager, you will lead end-to-end Controllership operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of financial results across the region. This senior role serves as a strategic advisor to the Regional Finance Director and is accountable for financial governance, risk management, reporting excellence, and operational performance.

You will lead a multi-country team of financial professionals supported by a third-party provider, driving financial rigor, compliance, transformation, and continuous improvement in one of Haleon’s most strategically important markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive oversight of the regional close process, statutory and management reporting, and risk governance.
  • Ensure high-quality actuals, transparency, and timely issue resolution across the region.
  • Own the effectiveness of internal control environment.
  • Ensure compliance with global policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards to safeguard Haleon’s reputation.
  • Translate complex accounting, regulatory, and market dynamics into actionable strategic insights.
  • Anticipate risks/opportunities and support decision-making for senior business leaders.
  • Serve as a key partner to the Regional General Manager and Finance Director, Global Finance Leadership, auditors, and regulatory entities.
  • Influence cross-functional decisions and ensure governance across the organization.
  • Drive transformation, operational excellence, and capability growth aligned to Haleon’s long-term strategy.
  • Foster a culture of performance, diversity, continuous learning, and high standards.

Why you?
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CPA preferred.
  • Experience in Controllership, FP&A, financial governance, or related functions within multinational environments.
  • Deep knowledge of global accounting standards, multi-entity structures, cross-border operations, and complex financial processes.
  • Track record influencing P&L outcomes, partnering with senior leadership, and driving business performance.
  • Experience leading finance transformations, operational scale-up, or process optimization in large matrixed organizations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
