· Leads the delivery of Rewards services and activities for LatAm including but not limited to:
o Advice on complex offers, severance and retention interventions
o Supporting re-organization activities and working with P&O partners to conduct regular organization health reviews
o Regular monitoring of overall Rewards program usage and KPIs, planning interventions where necessary
o Implementing and monitoring Sandoz Rewards Commitments (e.g., Living Wage, Pay Transparency, Pay Equity)
o Ensuring overall competitive practices and optimal ROI from all of the above
· Ensures business & talent strategy for LatAm is supported through the design and delivery of Rewards solutions and/or interventions, where needed:
o Conducts regular market analyses to understand and anticipate trends and works with P&O partners to monitor internal/external talent data and identify emerging requirements.
o Develops and recommends strategies to business leaders, where needed, to ensure competitiveness in local market and to meet local business & talent goals. Ensures seamless execution thereof.
· Develops and delivers training and consulting to the country organization on any Rewards related programs and processes (e.g. GJFA, benefits, merit planning, Sandoz Rewards Commitments).
· Closely collaborates with Rewards Operations and Benefits Teams to provide a seamless one Rewards function support.
Education:
· University degree or equivalent professional experience
Languages:
· Excellent English spoken and written
· Excellent Spanish spoken and written
Experience:
· 8+ years of applicable experience in Rewards (preferred) or other P&O discipline
· Strong business/business partnering experience across the full lifecycle of business activities, including:
o Strategy build out and development
o Mergers/Acquisitions/ Alliances/JV
o Restructuring & Divestments
o Creation of business cases, budgeting and resource allocation procedures
o Use of data to drive decision making
· Proven change agent with significant project and program experience
