As a Sales Specialist for BIO, you will promote Sandoz´s product and services to customers by providing information and education about our Sandoz Biosimilars in Inmuno, Ophtha, Pediatric endocrinologists and nephrology.
The territory under your responsibility will be Levante, based on Alicante.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Promote Sandoz´s portfolio and services by providing the latest, relevant and authorized data, key messages and disease information to the right customer at the right time, to support HCPs and optimize patient outcomes in a ethical way through: Use all available data sources to build dynamically prioritize and adapt relevant territory and customers engagement plan
- Maintain a deep and current knowledge of industry, TA, Competitors and buyer dynamics and focuses effort on priority customers opportunities.
- Demonstrate advance customer engagement skills to deliver high quality customer interactions and improving customer experience for the benefits of patients
- Behave ethically, align with regulatory requirements and adhere Sandoz values and behaviors.
- What you need to bring to the role:
- Sound experience in a specialty sales role in Inmuno field, particularly in Rheumatology and digestives Experience in Optha will be valued.
- Ideally, educated to University degree in a scientific field.
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Organization and prioritization skills

What you'll receive:
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
