Main Duties
Develop and guide integrated marketing and sales strategies that support sustainable business growth and organizational objectives.
Provide marketing and sales leadership by aligning strategic priorities, resources, and execution across teams to support consistent market performance.
Support financial planning and oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation, to enable responsible resource allocation and long‑term value creation.
Collaborate strategically with internal stakeholders to align goals, plans, and execution across functions.
Foster team development and engagement by creating an inclusive, high‑trust environment that supports collaboration, capability building, and shared success.
Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding customer needs, supporting value‑based engagement, and strengthening long‑term partnerships.
Market responsiveness: Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, and adapt strategies proactively in response to change.
Cross‑functional collaboration: Partner effectively with Supply Chain, Wholesale, Finance, Regulatory Affairs / Quality Assurance (RA/QA), and Medical teams to support seamless operations and business execution.
Compliance and ethics: Champion company policies, procedures, compliance standards, and ethical principles, ensuring they are clearly understood and consistently applied within the team.
External representation: Represent the organization professionally at industry congresses, conferences, and events to support knowledge exchange, visibility, and relationship‑building.
Requirements
Work Experience
15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with demonstrated involvement in marketing and sales team leadership roles.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing positions with increasing scope and responsibility.
Experience contributing to or leading new product launches.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments and/or business units, fostering alignment and collaboration.
Strong strategic thinking, people leadership, and collaborative capabilities to support sales team effectiveness and engagement.
Solid understanding of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement within the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience managing a diverse and large‑scale product portfolio.
Experience in prescription businesses and dermatological procedures is an advantage.
Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and evolving healthcare environments.
Experience with biologics marketing and sales is preferred.
Education and Training
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Demonstrated hands‑on experience in both marketing and sales at a senior or leadership level.
Experience supporting or leading prescription and biologics businesses.
Fluency in English.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse audiences and functions.
