Join Lonza's industry-leading manufacturing team and play a critical role in keeping our industrial production equipment and facility systems operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. As our Industrial Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift), you will lead a skilled maintenance team responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across our Bend site. 
 
This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, realtime collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do 

  • Lead and develop a team of industrial maintenance technicians 
  • Drive safe, reliable, and compliant maintenance execution 
  • Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities 
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, and Quality teams 
  • Prioritize maintenance resources based on safety and operational impact 
  • Ensure GMP-compliant maintenance practices and CMMS execution 
  • Mentor team members and foster operational excellence 

What we are looking for 

  • High School Diploma or GED required; technical education preferred 
  • Experience leading maintenance activities within industrial manufacturing environments 
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems 
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience utilizing CMMS platforms and maintenance planning processes 
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
