Job Description

We are seeking a skilled hands-on, lab-based Scientist to support pharmacokinetic (PK) bioanalysis of large molecules and ADCs across discovery and early development programs. This individual will play a key role in leading the establishment and execution of high-throughput bioanalytical methods working with a cross-functional team to deliver high quality decision driving data.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and establishment of high-throughput bioanalytical methods to support preclinical PK studies of large molecules and ADCs.
- Independently design, develop, optimize and run bioanalytical assays using ligand binding and mass analytical techniques, leveraging robotic automation.
- Independently analyze, interpret, and report bioanalytical and pharmacokinetic data with scientific rigor using industry standard analytical tools.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as LC-MS systems and ligand binding assay platforms.
- Prepare and deliver internal scientific reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Independently identify opportunities to improve current approaches and propose innovative solutions to expand the capabilities of the bioanalytical function.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ Years with BS
- OR 4+ Years with MS
- OR 0+ Years with PhD/PharmD
Preferred qualifications:
- BS with 6+ years of experience, MS with 4+ years of experience, PhD with 0+ years in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of hands-on industry experience in bioanalysis and PK.
- Expert knowledge of standard ligand binding bioanalysis assay methods, with hands‑on experience in immunoprecipitation, enzymatic digestion, LC-MS/MS, MSD platforms, and ligand binding assays.
- Demonstrated ability to perform specimen processing, extraction, and quantification of biologics, small molecules, ADCs, and small‑molecule payloads, including biotransformation analysis.
- Proficiency with software for non-compartmental pharmacokinetic data analysis such as Phoenix NonWinLin.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively in both independent and collaborative settings.
- Experience in standardizing and implementing bioanalytical methods.
- Proficiency with lab automation.
- Experience with in vitro screening assay technologies.
- Familiarity with HTS (96/384/1536-well formats) and laboratory automation.
