The position leads strategic alignment of technology roadmaps with business objectives, owns end‑to‑end product family accountability, and drives value realization through standardized, scalable, and compliant technology solutions.
Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Act as the primary point of contact for Supply Chain Order Management, Trade Compliance, Logistics, and Warehousing and co‑lead strategic technology alignment with business transformation objectives
Establish strong and agile strategic business partnering to ensure delivery of high‑quality technology services aligned to agreed service descriptions
Capture and shape global and local demand, working across Technology domains to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery
Serve as Functional Product Family Lead, defining product standards and maximizing value and utilization across the Supply Chain product portfolio
Lead definition and delivery of the Supply Chain project and service portfolio, including roadmap, prioritization, and investment planning
Co‑create Product Family vision, business capability roadmaps, and product roadmaps with Business Product Owners and Product Managers
Own all technical aspects of the product lifecycle, managing dependencies, synergies, and risks across product lines
Provide single point of accountability within Technology for delivery of product roadmaps and operational outcomes
KPI: Successful delivery and operation of standardized Supply Chain solutions aligned with business strategy, customer satisfaction targets, and annual Technology budget commitments
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s degree desirable)
More than 8 years of experience working in IT/OT environments within complex, regulated industries
At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Order Management, Trade Compliance, Logistics, and Warehousing, including ERP integration
At least 5 years of experience managing teams within global or multi‑site organizations
Advanced stakeholder management experience at country, regional, and global leadership levels
Proven track record in delivering global technology solutions at scale
Strong expertise in IT strategy, portfolio planning, budgeting, and cost transparency
Extensive experience in project, program, and change management
Essential skills: Strong business acumen and influencing skills with the ability to drive enterprise‑wide alignment and transformation
Languages: English (business fluent)
Desirable Requirements:
Experience working in multinational pharmaceutical organizations with global operational footprint
Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile methodologies
