Senior Solution Analyst - Finance

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis with Finance business stakeholders across Gross to Net, COPA (O2C), and Receivables Management (I2C) processes

• Translate business needs into clearly defined functional and technical specifications

• Design comprehensive end‑to‑end solutions aligned with business objectives and SAP best practices

• Oversee solution implementation, ensuring delivery meets quality, timeline, and budget commitments

• Ensure seamless system integration and proactively resolve technical or process dependencies

• Act as a bridge between business users, IT delivery teams, and external partners to ensure alignment

• Define and execute testing and quality assurance activities to validate business outcomes

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, GxP, SOP, and data integrity requirements throughout the solution lifecycle

• KPI: Timely and compliant delivery of Gross to Net, COPA, and Receivables solutions meeting agreed business requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Technology, IT, or a related discipline

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Technology roles within complex, enterprise environments

• Strong SAP experience, particularly within Finance, O2C, I2C, and reporting processes

• Proven experience in business requirements analysis and solution definition

• Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable and sustainable technology solutions

• Experience managing or supporting end‑to‑end solution implementation lifecycles

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance practices

• Experience working within regulated environments with exposure to GxP and compliance standards

• Essential skills: Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver structured solutions in complex Finance landscapes

• Languages: English (business fluent)

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience supporting Gross to Net, COPA, or Receivables Management processes in life sciences or pharmaceuticals

• Exposure to global transformation or large‑scale SAP programs
