Senior Solution Analyst - Finance

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements

• Design end-to-end finance/controlling ERP solutions aligned with business strategy and technology standards

• Lead and coordinate solution implementation activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence

• Ensure seamless system integrations and proactively resolve complex technical challenges

• Act as a bridge between business users, development teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and clear communication

• Define and execute testing strategies, including UAT, to ensure solutions meet business and quality expectations

• Maintain comprehensive documentation covering solution designs, implementation plans, and test outcomes

• Ensure all activities comply with GxP regulations, internal SOPs, and data integrity requirements

• KPI: On-time, on-budget delivery of compliant finance/controlling solutions with high business satisfaction

What you’ll bring to the role

Essential Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Technology, IT, or a related discipline

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology roles, preferably within large-scale enterprise environments

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP, particularly within Finance/Controlling (ERP) modules

• Proven expertise in requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical solutions

• Experience in solution design and architecture for complex enterprise systems

• Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating end-to-end solution implementations

• Strong background in testing, validation, and quality assurance in regulated environments

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business domains

• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance (GxP), SOP adherence, and data integrity principles

• Essential skills: Ability to analyze complex finance processes and deliver scalable, compliant ERP solutions

• Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience working in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries

• Exposure to global or multi-country ERP transformation programs
