The role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into robust, compliant, and scalable ERP solutions, primarily within SAP-controlled environments.
Job Description
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements
Design end-to-end finance/controlling ERP solutions aligned with business strategy and technology standards
Lead and coordinate solution implementation activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
Ensure seamless system integrations and proactively resolve complex technical challenges
Act as a bridge between business users, development teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and clear communication
Define and execute testing strategies, including UAT, to ensure solutions meet business and quality expectations
Maintain comprehensive documentation covering solution designs, implementation plans, and test outcomes
Ensure all activities comply with GxP regulations, internal SOPs, and data integrity requirements
KPI: On-time, on-budget delivery of compliant finance/controlling solutions with high business satisfaction
What you’ll bring to the role
Essential Requirements:
University degree, preferably in Technology, IT, or a related discipline
Minimum 8 years of experience in technology roles, preferably within large-scale enterprise environments
Strong hands-on experience with SAP, particularly within Finance/Controlling (ERP) modules
Proven expertise in requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical solutions
Experience in solution design and architecture for complex enterprise systems
Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating end-to-end solution implementations
Strong background in testing, validation, and quality assurance in regulated environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business domains
Solid understanding of regulatory compliance (GxP), SOP adherence, and data integrity principles
Essential skills: Ability to analyze complex finance processes and deliver scalable, compliant ERP solutions
Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Desirable Requirements:
Experience working in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries
Exposure to global or multi-country ERP transformation programs
