▶ POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for developing and implementing a consistent and integrated marketing and sales strategy for responsible products (Herzuma, Truxima, Vegzelma, Stoboclo and Eydenzelt, including future pipeline in Oncology) to meet established sales target or marketing objectives.
▶ KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the annual brand strategy/plan and to ensure the achievement of marketing objects in accordance with the brand strategy/plan.
- Manage and communicate sales information and product changes both internally and externally. Also, to educate and train salespeople in product knowledge and competitor’s information, presents brand strategies, campaign, and key messages, and ensure they can deliver key messages to the right target customers and handle basic objections.
- Implement and monitor the effectiveness of all marketing activities to improve brand strategy/plan. Join planning reviews "Business and territory plan” and provide feedback to ensure consistency alignment.
- Develop quarterly "plan of action" and optimally allocate resources to make sure impactful and flawless implementation in the market
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance, sales volume, revenue, and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet customer needs, and liaise with other areas of the organization (for example production, research, and development) to implement these changes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with National KOLs as well as key stakeholder e.g., health authorities, associations, for the sake of business performance.
- Develop KOLs plan with medical team to initiate product opportunities
- Develop promotional materials and create locally specific materials in line with local requirements (RA, Medical, Compliance)
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to help facilitate the timely completion of projects or brand plan.
