The Legal Intern will serve as a key support resource within the Legal team, assisting with routine research, documentation, and compliance-related tasks. This role operates under the close supervision of the Legal & Compliance Team and applies foundational legal knowledge in day-to-day practice.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of legal documents and records by applying approved templates, formatting standards, and filing protocols
Managing contract and document processing steps (draft circulation, version tracking, signature coordination, uploads), ensuring timely progression through the workflow
Conducting basic legal and factual research and preparing clear, concise summaries or reference notes for review by legal counsel
Maintaining organized, up-to-date archives of legal files, correspondence, and executed documents to support audit readiness and compliance requirements
Handling confidential information responsibly by ensuring secure storage, restricted access, and adherence to internal confidentiality practices
Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
Foundational understanding of legal concepts and documentation processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to conduct basic research and present information clearly and succinctly
Capacity to work collaboratively and operate effectively under supervision
High commitment to confidentiality and data protection standards
Experience:
Graduated from a reputable law school,
Experience in several summer internships at law firms and/or companies.
Willingness to spend the entire internship period with the Company,
Fluency in English to coordinate all processes included in the job description,
Strong verbal and written communication skills,
Strong organizational skills,
Strong teamwork skills,
Ability to follow up on business processes within the legal team in line with deadlines,
Ability to conduct extensive legal research, including Supreme Court decisions and legislation reviews, to support the resolution of legal issues,
High learning agility and the ability to adapt quickly within a small team
