Our office is in the center of Budapest, in WestEnd Office Towers and the Supply Chain department, where the Transport Specialist position belongs, has an important role in the life of our company, as they are supporting the whole European region with supply planning and demand of Celltrion healthcare products.
Transport Specialist
We are looking for a Transport Specialist to join our growing team in Hungary.
You are in the right place if you are looking for your next step in your career where you can expand your knowledge of logistic services within pharmaceutical industry and being part of a dynamic team. In this position you will be covering certain areas in Europe and involved in transport arrangements for huge volumes of pharmaceuticals products.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Shipment schedule and arrangement (Booking, Certificates & License handling, custom clearance, etc.)
- Document creation and handling (Customs Invoice, P/L, Declaration forms, Notarization, etc.)
- Shipment status monitoring (end to end) for on-time delivery
- Bill inspection for monthly closing Follow/up
- Trouble shooting
- Delay shipment handling with forwarder (find secure area etc.)
- Temperature excursions investigation with Quality department
- Lead vendor and partner daily communication
- Partner audit
- Participate internal and external training
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in economics, logistics, business management or a related field
- At least 3 years of logistics experiences (Prior experience in Pharma industry is a plus)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience in ERP system
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good English and Hungarian verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-tasking
- Goal and Target oriented, dynamic person
- Risk and Project management capability
