Für unser Kontrolllabor in Göttingen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Laborant / Supervisor (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

Durchführung von Infektionsserologie und NAT-Testungen
Tätigkeiten in der klinischen Chemie, Immunhämatologie und Hämatologie
Fachliche Führung und Anleitung der Labormitarbeitenden
Sicherstellung und Pflege der Dokumentation gemäß GMP-Richtlinien
Unterstützung des Labormanagers, u. a. bei:
- Lager- und Materialverwaltung
- Dienst- und Einsatzplanung
- Optimierung von Laborprozessen
Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft, z. B. im Bestellwesen und in der Abwicklung externer Dienstleistungen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als MTLA oder in einem vergleichbaren labormedizinischen Beruf (z. B. BTA, CTA)
Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen Analysenautomaten
Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
Sehr gute kommunikative, soziale und emotionale Kompetenz
Ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
