•    Support Application Specialists and Laboratory Technicians in various projects at the Local Application Centre 
•    Perform laboratory trials of various fermented dairy products
•    Understand and follow the documented lab protocols for conducting experiments
•    Sensory sample preparation: Set yogurt, stirred yogurt, separated product, drinking yogurt / diluted product, fermented beverages etc.
•    ISO 22000 documentation: data entry, Ingredient list input, sample preparation report 
•    Adhere to Safety and Quality norms being set in the lab
•    Upkeeping, breakdown and calibration of all lab equipment
•    Able to work with MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word
