This role provides regular progress updates to Finance stakeholders, manages project budgets, and leads cross-functional teams using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Responsibilities also include business partnering with Finance BPA, coordinating IT General Controls (ITGC) activities, and supporting Finance initiatives to ensure projects are delivered within scope and in compliance with quality standards.

By fostering collaboration and proactively mitigating risks, the Delivery Lead drives operational efficiency and ensures strategic alignment with global Finance objectives.

Responsibilities also include business partnering with Finance BPA, coordinating IT General Controls (ITGC) activities, and supporting Finance initiatives to ensure projects are delivered within scope and in compliance with quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead the initiation and planning phases of Finance Technology projects, including requirements gathering, scope definition, and budget development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  •  Develop and manage project budgets during the initiation and planning phases, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial goals.
  •  Provide regular progress updates to Finance stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Support the Finance Business Planning and Analysis (BPA) team by translating business needs into actionable technology solutions and fostering effective collaboration between Finance and Technology functions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of ITGC activities by coordinating with control owners and auditors to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, business units, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful adoption of integrated solutions.
  • Champion best practices in project management and application integration to drive operational excellence.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with a strong background in Finance Technology and business partnering.experience in project management (Agile and Waterfall), including budget creation and stakeholder communication.
  • Solid knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC) and hands-on experience coordinating control-related activities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and drive change and innovation.
  • Experience with ITIL frameworks and other service management methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Business Administration, or related field; (Master’s degree is preferred).
  • Certification in project management methods (Agile, ITIL, Prince 2, PMI) is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies; Certification is a plus
