工作内容

1. 负责短视频素材剪辑、包装、调色、配乐、字幕、特效制作。

2. 把控视频节奏、完播率、吸引力，符合抖音爆款逻辑。

3. 按时高质量输出成片，确保符合平台规范与账号风格。

4. 对视频进行优化：封面、标题、标签、关键帧，提升推荐效果。

5. 整理工程文件与素材，建立剪辑规范，提高效率。

6. 跟踪数据反馈，持续优化剪辑风格与节奏。

任职资格

1. 大专及以上，1年以上抖音短视频剪辑经验。

2. 熟练使用PR、AE、剪映专业版等剪辑软件。

3. 审美优秀，调色、包装、字幕美观统一。

4. 效率高，能接受多任务、快节奏、紧急需求。

5. 细心负责，沟通顺畅，配合团队完成目标。
