We are seeking a highly skilled functional consultant with strong business understanding in Forecast to Plan and Plan to Produce processes. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in IBP Demand & Supply Network Planning with good functional knowledge of Inventory Optimization modules

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Design, configure and support SAP IBP Demand & Supply Network Planning solutions based on specific business requirements.
Resolve Service Requests/Incidents and problem management cases related to production support by identifying the root causes where subject matter expertise is required
Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to deliver effective SAP solutions that support business objectives
Ensure the prioritized backlog in a sprint cycle is delivered on time and meets customer expectations.
Produce relevant documentation related to support, changes & projects to describe the procedures required to maintain customized functionality.
Produce end user documentation, describing how to use the newly developed or existing functionality if applicable.
Assist end users in preparing test scripts, training manuals and conduct training as needed
Maintain a continuous improvement mindset of internal processes and supporting tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Solution Manager, Cherwell)
To succeed you must hold:
Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in science/B.E./MBA or equivalent
IBP Certification will be an added advantage
Minimum 3+ years of domain experience in Supply Chain Planning, Production Planning, or Logistics & Distribution
Minimum 4-6 years of Support and implementation experience in IBP Demand & Supply network Planning with very good knowledge in Inventory Modules
Proven experience in providing IBP production support, as well as planning and executing system enhancements
Experience with at least 1-2 SAP IBP Implementation, rollout and upgrade projects
Good knowledge of integrated systems & modules like APO SAP PP, MM & SD modules
Strong expertise in SAP IBP configuration, including planning area structure, key figure modeling, attribute setup, time profile design, master data integration, and forecasting algorithm configuration.
Hands-on experience with SAP CPI-DS for integration of master data, transactional data, and planning key figures between SAP IBP and source/target systems.
Proficient in RTI configuration and monitoring for real-time data replication and synchronization across SAP IBP landscapes.
Experience in forecast transfer and integration between SAP IBP, SAP APO, and ECC, including interface design, data mapping, and end-to-end troubleshooting.
Worked on supply planning execution using heuristics, including supply heuristic runs, planning operators, and supply response support in IBP.
Skilled in IBP Excel Add-in planning views for data analysis and validation of planning results.
Working experience with different kinds of master data within SAP APO, IBP and SAP ECC or S/4 HANA
Ability to trouble shoot and work with various other integrations with different SAP & non-SAP systems
