We are looking for a new colleague to join the Novonesis maintenance team in Araucária – PR as a Maintenance Projects Analyst, contributing directly to the improvement of our industrial processes. You will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and continuously evolving environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing projects and improvements in industrial facilities, working closely with the process engineering team, defining the necessary requirements and resources—from concept to project delivery—all within an evolving LEAN culture. You will have opportunities to challenge conventions and interact with colleagues at both local and regional levels.
This position offers the opportunity for professional growth through technical leadership, applying project management concepts and practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects across the full lifecycle: concept, feasibility, planning, execution, commissioning, and delivery
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in equipment and processes to enhance performance, reliability, safety, and efficiency
• Perform root cause analysis and develop sustainable solutions to technical issues
• Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and cost control
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, maintenance, process, safety) and external partners (suppliers, contractors)
• Oversee suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery
• Define and validate technical specifications aligned with engineering best practices
• Lead commissioning activities, ensuring smooth transition to operations
• Maintain structured and up-to-date technical documentation (e.g., SAP-PM)
• Evaluate and implement innovative technologies to drive process improvements
• Monitor project KPIs and continuously improve delivery performance
• Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Engineering.
• Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Nice to Have
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Understanding of equipment reliability concepts.
• Familiarity with SAP-PM or similar systems.
