About the role:
Senior Marketing & Digital Excellence Manager – SM&D
Report to: Digital Transformation Director
Role Purpose:
Speed up to Raise the ceiling of Marketing & Digital Enterprise Capability
Responsibility:
1. Digital & MKT capability framework design, job mapping and raise the celling of prioritized competencies
2. Establish, Optimize & Monitor Enterprise Digital & MKT Excellence & SOP, internally and externally
3. Co-form, Facilitate enterprise digital transformation strategy and roadmap, acquire cutting edge trends.
Approach & Priority:
A combination of Surgical interventions & on-going advancement
- CATCH UP Capability Framework & Training covering:
1) MKT 2) Digital & eCommerce
• Deliver Annual ME calendar, with Enhanced Training module, 70%/30% in-house/external, and impactful initiatives
• Be able to Act as a In-house Star Trainer for G6/below with aligned Roadmap & Plan w/ CMT
• China best practice roll out and lead/activate the MKT community and MKT leadership meeting
• Shape Digital & eCom Capability Showcase as China pilot to halo global/APAC
• Global Alignment on Framework x Mapping
- OPTIMIZE & MONITOR Enterprise Digital & MKT Agency Model & SOP
- Content Excellence & Approval Process Compliance

3. Be able to navigate resources x-agency, x-functions and engaging MKTers in smart & inspiring way
4. Background from CPG, jnnovative brands, (Prefer plus consulting background with good framework)
