This role is responsible for driving end-to-end portfolio strategy, ensuring strong lifecycle management of existing brands, and leading excellence in launch readiness and execution across Malaysia & Singapore. Operating at the intersection of Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Supply Chain, it ensures pipeline prioritization aligns with both local market dynamics and regional/global strategy, playing a pivotal role in maximizing portfolio value, accelerating access to medicines, and enabling sustainable long-term growth.

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead end-to-end portfolio strategy across Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities

  • Drive successful planning and execution of new product launches through strong cross-functional coordination

  • Maximize portfolio value through lifecycle management and identification of growth opportunities

  • Act as the key interface between local, regional, and global teams, ensuring alignment and integration of market insights into strategy

  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and healthcare landscape to inform strategic decision-making

  • Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and financial discipline to ensure effective portfolio performance

  • Establish clear processes, KPIs, and governance to track execution and drive operational excellence

  • Build strong stakeholder collaboration across functions to ensure aligned and high-quality execution

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; MBA is a plus

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with strong commercial exposure

  •  Proven success in driving portfolio growth, product launches, and delivering commercial results

  • Strong understanding of Malaysia and Singapore healthcare landscapes, including pricing, access, and tender dynamics

  • Demonstrated ability to shape and execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue and market share

  • Strong leadership presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into competitive advantage and business outcomes
