Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:Act as the primary interface between Global P&O functions and Technology teams
Capture, structure, and manage business demand across the P&O portfolio
Translate business requirements into clear, prioritized technology initiatives
Support the definition and execution of the P&O Solutions strategy and roadmap
Monitor and track portfolio initiatives against defined business outcomes
Support delivery of global P&O technology projects ensuring alignment with scope and timelines
Manage vendor and partner performance ensuring quality and adherence to commitments
Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across solutions and services
KPI: Effective translation of business demand into prioritized and successfully delivered technology initiativesWhat you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, HR, or related field
Proven experience in Technology Business Partnering, preferably in HR/P&O domains
Experience managing demand and translating business requirements into technology solutions
Exposure to HR technology landscape (e.g., Workday, Payroll, SAP HR, Learning & Talent systems)
Experience supporting global projects and cross-functional initiatives
Experience working with vendors and external partners
Ability to operate effectively in global, matrixed organizations
Strong stakeholder engagement experience with senior business leaders
Essential skills, one sentence: Strong ability to bridge business and technology by translating needs into strategic, value-driven solutions while influencing stakeholders
Languages: Fluent EnglishDesirable Requirements:
Experience in large-scale HR transformation or digital transformation programs
Familiarity with portfolio management tools and governance frameworks
