Alastin 的醫學客戶經理負責透過策略性客戶管理、醫學教育,以及與醫療保健專業人員的協作,推動業務的永續增長。此職位的核心在於將 Alastin 定位為高端、科學驅動且以療程為核心的護膚品牌,藉由與重點診所、醫師及醫美決策者建立深度的合作夥伴關係,同時確保在銷售執行、教育訓練及品牌標準上達到卓越水準。

【主要職責與責任 (Key Duties and Responsibilities)

1. 客戶管理與業務發展

• 制定並執行與品牌策略及財務目標一致的區域與客戶計畫。

• 與重點醫美診所、皮膚科醫師、整形外科醫師及診所負責人建立長期合作夥伴關係。

• 挖掘現有客戶的增長機會,包括療程搭配、術後護理流程整合及產品組合擴張。

• 管理客戶表現、進行銷售預測並追蹤關鍵績效指標 (KPI)。

2. 醫學教育與品牌定位

• 根據科學實證、臨床數據及治療成效,提供高品質的醫學產品專業解說

• 教育醫療保健專業人員關於 Alastin 的「以療程為核心」之護膚觀念,及其在術前與術後護理中的角色。

• 與醫學及行銷團隊合作,支援診所內教育、工作坊及科學會議。

• 確保醫學與品牌訊息的傳達一致且符合合規要求。

3. 跨部門合作

• 與行銷、醫學事務、培訓及其他業務單位緊密合作,確保執行方向一致。

• 提供第一線市場洞察與客戶回饋,以支持策略優化。

4. 其他事項

• 遵循公司政策、合規標準及倫理準則。

• 維持準確的文件記錄與報告更新。

• 展現專業素養,代表 Alastin 作為值得信賴的醫學合作夥伴。

【任職要求與職能 (Requirements and Competencies)

專業經驗與知識

工作經驗: 至少 3 於醫美、製藥、皮膚科或醫療器材行業的相關經驗。

專業知識: 熟悉藥品、化妝品或醫美相關的法規與登記流程。

學歷背景: 擁有藥學、護理、生物醫學科學或相關學科之學士學位或以上

核心能力

• 具備良好的專案管理能力。

• 具備強大的分析與解決問題能力。

• 具備優異的人際交往與溝通技巧。

英語能力: 良好的英文溝通能力(包括書面寫作與口說)。

軟體操作: 精通 MS Office 辦公軟體(Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook)。
