Job Description
You’ll be the technical face of the organization—solving problems, enabling workflows, and empowering customers to get the best out of their analytical systems.
- Responsible for supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
- Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites.
- Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.
- Performs maintenance and repair services.
- Provide hands‑on application support across spectroscopy products like ICPMS/ICPOES etc and sample prep workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex analytical issues and guide customers toward confident, reliable results.
- Deliver impactful product demos, proof‑of‑performance studies, and feasibility evaluations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.

Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.
Proactively responds to potential equipment or software issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business.
Delivers (does not design) fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software.
Serves as an internal resource on technical issues and manages product escalations Collaborates with Agilent teams such as Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D to provide solutions to customers.
May have knowledge of third-party products.
May deliver internal technical training and maintenance seminars and workshops for field engineers or customers.
May train other field engineers or customers.
May calibrate equipment on-site for large volume customers.
May qualify leads.
Must consent to participate and meet Agilent approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements necessary to gain access to customer sites.
Requirements may include, but are not limited to, proof of identification, proof of certification to perform the work required, customer health and safety requirements, etc.
Qualifications

- 4 - 6 years of hands‑on experience in analytical laboratories, food testing labs, technical support, applications, or method development roles.
- Master’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Strong hands‑on experience with analytical instruments like ICP‑MS, ICPOES and other spectroscopy products
- Ability to interpret complex data and troubleshoot confidently.
- Clear, engaging communication skills—whether in a lab, a boardroom, or a training session.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for continuous learning.
- Willingness to travel and engage with customers across the region.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
