Job Description

Vas zanima delo in razvoj na področju kadrovske administracije? Ste organizirani, natančni in zanesljivi ter vas veseli delo s podatki in urejanjem dokumentacije?

Vaše ključne odgovornosti: 

  • Strokovna podpora pri izvajanju različnih procesov kadrovske administracije.
  • Pravočasno in natančno urejanje podatkov v kadrovskih sistemih (SAP, Workday).
  • Zagotavljanje skladnosti podatkov in procesov z internimi pravilniki, predpisi o varstvu podatkov in lokalno zakonodajo.
  • Sodelovanje pri projektih optimizacije procesov kadrovske administracije.
  • Priprava poročil in analiz kadrovskih podatkov za različne ciljne skupine.
  • Priprava, urejanje in arhiviranje kadrovske dokumentacije.
  • Priprava podatkov za obračun plač.
  • Reševanje administrativnih zahtevkov sodelavcev.

Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:

  • Visokošolska stopnja izobrazbe s kadrovskega področja ali sorodne smeri.
  • Vsaj 5 let delovnih izkušenj s področja kadrovske administracije.
  • Dobro ustno in pisno znanje angleškega jezika.
  • Zaželeno znanje SAP-a in/ali Workday-a.
  • Dobro poznavanje MS Office orodij. Napredno znanje Excela, PowerBi je prednost.
  • Dobre komunikacijske sposobnosti in sposobnost dela v timu.
  • Proaktiven pristop in usmerjenost k iskanju rešitev ter sposobnost postavljanja prioritet v hitro spreminjajočem se okolju. 
  • Usmerjenost k nenehnim izboljšavam procesov, analitično razmišljanje in sposobnost interpretacije podatkov
  • Sposobnost učinkovitega sodelovanja z različnimi deležniki (lokalno in globalno)

Lokacija dela: Ljubljana

Vrsta pogodbe: pogodba za nedoločen čas s poskusno dobo 6 mesecev

Predvideni tedenski delovni čas: 40

* Plačni razpon: 30.080 – 45.120 EUR bruto

* V Sandozu se višina nadomestila določi glede na raven delovnega mesta, kvalifikacije, specializirana znanja, delovne izkušnje in lokacijo v okviru plačnih razponov družbe. Popolnoma usposobljeni in visoko učinkoviti zaposleni lahko pričakujejo začetno plačo, ki se giblje okoli tržne mediane, pri čemer se tisti, ki so na tej ravni novi ali imajo manj poglobljeno strokovno znanje, uvrščajo v spodnji del razpona, tisti z dolgoročnimi vrhunskimi ali specializiranimi znanji pa v zgornji del razpona. Pri določanju položaja v razponu upoštevamo notranjo uravnoteženost plač in zunanje tržne podatke. Pri letnih pregledih plač se upoštevajo delovna uspešnost, usklajenost s trgom in poslovne potrebe.

Kaj še vključuje naš kompenzacijski paket:

  • Letna nagrada (kratkoročna spodbuda – STI): odstotek letne plače
  • Regres za dopust: leta 2025 je znašal 2.430,99 EUR (neto)
  • Božičnica: leta 2025 je znašala 2.100 EUR (bruto)
  • OurShare: upravičeni zaposleni bodo enkrat letno prejeli Sandozove delnice
  • Dodatek za izmensko delo (15 %); večizmensko delo (20 %), nočno delo (70 %), delo ob nedeljah in praznikih (50 %), nadurno delo (30 %) – če to velja za zadevno delovno mesto
  • Dnevni dodatek za delo od doma – če to velja za zadevno delovno mesto
  • Kolektivno življenjsko in nezgodno zavarovanje (kritje velja 24/7)
  • Delo od doma in prilagodljiv delovni čas – če to velja za zadevno delovno mesto

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing professional support in the execution of various HR administration processes.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of data in HR systems (SAP, Workday).
  • Ensuring compliance of data and processes with internal policies, data protection regulations, and local legislation.
  • Participating in projects focused on optimizing HR administrative processes.
  • Preparing reports and analyses of HR data for various stakeholders.
  • Preparing, managing, and archiving HR documentation.
  • Preparing data for payroll processing.
  • Handling administrative requests from employees.

What you will bring to the role:

  • A university degree in HR or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Workday is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools; advanced Excel and Power BI skills are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • A proactive approach and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment.
  • A focus on continuous process improvement, analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders (locally and globally).

What we offer:

Job location: Ljubljana

Contract type: permanent contract with 6 months probation period

Expected weekly working hours: 40

*Pay range: €30,080 – €45,120 gross

* Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range, and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment and business needs.

Our compensation package additionally includes:

  • Annual bonus (STI): percentage of annual salary
  • Vacation allowance: in 2025 it was €2,430.99 net
  • Christmas bonus: in 2025 it was €2,100 gross
  • OurShare: eligible employees will receive Sandoz shares once per year
  • Allowance for shift work (15%); rotational shifts (20%), night shift work (70%), Sunday/public holiday work (50%), overtime work (30%) – if applicable for position
