根据上级的计划与安排，在主管的指导下，执行研发项目的样品测试、分析方法实施与开发，作为团队成员配合研发主管的工作.

What you will do:
- 通过解决开发服务内部的科学问题，为科学领域或技术做出贡献
- 具备专业知识，负责特定流程平台和项目交付
- 收集、总结、分析数据以准备报告，并在适当时进行展示，以在整个部门分享最佳实践
- 在专业领域中落实行业趋势和创新
- 参与开发、实施流程和程序
- 代表团队参加会议
- 可能会参与客户会议
- 可能会监管实验室专业人员
- 依照GMP要求参与相关培训并进行相关操作。
- 项目的方法转移，验证实验
What we are looking for:
- 本科学历，3年以上实验室工作经验或大专学历，7年以上实验室工作经验或硕士应届生
- 有机化学、分析化学或药物化学等相关专业
- CET-4 >=425或同等水准,具备英语读写能力，能够撰写各类英文记录
