If yes, the position as Student Assistant in Patient Safety & Regulatory Affairs at Eli Lilly Finland might be what you are looking for.
We are seeking a dedicated student to support our Nordic team within Patient Safety and Regulatory Affairs. The role is based in Finland, and you will be part of a highly skilled and friendly team that span across the Nordic countries.
YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Support Adverse Event case management across the Nordic countries, including collecting, translating, following-up and documenting.
- Support Literature monitoring for Adverse Events and translation of Adverse Events across the Nordic countries.
- Support translation and quality control of Product Information, such as Summary of Product Characteristics, Patient Information Leaflet and User Instructions for Nordic countries.
- Ad hoc tasks within Patient Safety and Regulatory Affairs.
The role is part of Lilly’s student intern program, which includes possibilities to learn about the various roles within the pharma industry, network, and engage cross-functionally in the Finnish affiliate and across the Nordic countries.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- You are a life science student (such as pharmacy) with at least 1 year remaining before graduation.
- Language skills: Proficiency in English and native Finnish or Swedish, bonus if you know both Finnish and Swedish.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Reliable, act pro-actively, and take responsibility.
- Comfortable with sharing ideas for process enhancement.
- Good IT skills and ability to work virtual.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
- The position is fixed term for 1 year.
- Hours: We seek a student to work 15-20 hours per week, offering flexibility to balance work and studies.
- Compensation: Hourly payment.
- Location: Eli Lilly, Finland
- Preferred starting date: 1st of August
